Delete your account
You can erase everything you've written here, yourself, right now — no email, no waiting, no asking us. Please read what goes first, because none of it comes back.
What gets deleted
- 01Your account and sign-in — the email address and password are removed with it.
- 02Every experiment you designed or joined: hypotheses, measures, consent records and reports.
- 03Every check-in, including your written reflections and the honest days you marked as missed.
- 04Every attachment — photos, video, voice notes and data files — deleted from storage, not just unlinked.
- 05Your published insights and reactions, which disappear from the Feed, including anonymous ones.
- 06Your squad, your Pulse answers, your Path enrolments, your notifications and your push subscription.
What doesn't come back with it
Aggregate study statistics already computed stay in the study, and results already delivered to a sponsor under a consent you gave at the time stay delivered. Neither identifies you, and neither can be pulled back from where it went. Reports you filed about someone else's content also stay open, with your identity stripped off them — what you flagged is still there and still needs dealing with. Encrypted backups hold a copy for up to 30 days before rolling off.
If you only want rid of one experiment, you don't need this page: open it from the archive under You and use Delete experiment, which takes its check-ins, attachments and report with it.
Sign in to delete
Deletion needs you signed in — that's the only way to be certain it's your account being erased and not someone else's.
